Every 5 years since 2015, I have challenged our folks to take the first 90 days of the year to read the Bible from beginning to end. If you are an average reader this should take you about an hour a day. So would you give 90 hours (a little less than 4 days) to read God's letter to humanity? I promise that as you read these words of God you will see the unfolding story of Creation-Fall-Redemption through the scarlet thread of God's love revealed in Jesus Christ. Each day we will post the reading for that day on our Facebook and Instagram pages. I will be preaching through the Bible on the Sundays in these 90 days starting this Sunday, January 5. Each Sunday we will examine one of the folks we find in Scripture that you have been reading about in the previous week.
